Local Outreach we are involved in
Welcome Wednesday
Welcome Wednesday is our outreach project in the local community.
It is held most Wednesdays between 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm at Longfield Hill Community Hall.
Church in the Care Home is a recent initiative where we have adopted a Care Home in Gravesham, namely Hevercourt Care Home We are in attendance on a weekly basis covering church services every two weeks, 1-2-1 meetings with residents as required, and help with activites to entertain the residents.
